Early in our consulting work, we kept hitting the same wall on complex migrations: generic ETL tools flattened relationship hierarchies, dropped lookup fields, or simply couldn’t handle the data volumes our enterprise clients needed. So we built our own tool, from inside a real migration project, to solve a real problem, not as a side project, but as infrastructure we needed to deliver our own client work properly.

iSyncSF has since been refined across 50M+ records and dozens of enterprise migrations, then packaged and submitted for Salesforce security review, where it passed on first submission, and listed on the AppExchange so other teams could use it too.
