How we handle the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how H2TECH Software Private Limited (“H2TECH”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through h2techsoftware.com (the “Site”).
Information We Collect
The Site does not require accounts. We receive personal information mainly when you choose to send it to us:
- Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, business email, company and any message you write. With it we receive the page you sent it from and, only if you accepted analytics cookies, how you arrived on the Site and the pages you viewed during that visit. Form submissions are relayed to our email inbox via Resend, a third-party email delivery service, and recorded as a lead in our Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can follow up, and are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused CAPTCHA that helps us block automated spam.
- Direct contact: if you email or call us, we receive the information you provide.
- Analytics: only if you accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the Site is used (pages viewed, traffic sources and actions such as form submissions or clicks on our email address and phone number). We use it in aggregate to improve the Site; it does not tell us who you are. See our Cookie Policy.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as virtually all web servers do.
How We Use It
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, and maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics: measures how the Site is used, only after you give consent on our cookie banner.
- Resend: delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Salesforce: our CRM, where contact-form enquiries are stored as leads so we can respond and manage our business relationship with you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies that contact-form submissions are made by a person, not a bot.
- Vercel: hosts the Site and maintains standard server logs. GoDaddy holds our domain registration and DNS records only.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry emails and CRM records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@h2techsoftware.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
