The challenge
The client ran five separate CRM systems accumulated over a decade of growth and acquisitions. Complex, relationship-heavy data was spread across them, with mismatched field mappings, inconsistent picklists, duplicated accounts, and years of dirty historical data.
Everything had to land in a single Salesforce org with relationships intact, ahead of a fixed cutover date, and without losing a record.
Our approach
We treated the migration as an engineering problem, not a bulk load.
- A pre-migration audit that mapped every source object, field, and relationship, and graded the data quality before anything moved.
- Explicit, testable transformation logic, so every mapping and cleansing decision was visible and reviewable rather than buried in a one-off script.
- Automated migration on iSyncSF, our Salesforce-native tool, which preserved the full parent-child relationship graph as records moved.
- A staged rollout with sandbox dry runs, reconciling record counts and field-level values against source at each stage.
- Rollback safety nets kept in place until each cutover was validated, so nothing was irreversible until it was proven.
The result
The migration completed 60% faster than the original fifteen-week estimate, with zero data loss and every record reconciled against its source.
Five systems became one clean, governed org the business could trust from day one.
